Sweet Remedy: The World reacts to an Adulterated Food Supply

The sequel to "Sweet Misery: A Poisoned World" (2004).

From the Website: "A closer examination of the U.S. corporate power structure unveils a two-fold approach to manipulating the public. First, by attempting to shape public opinion and, second, by affecting an individual's ability to discern PR from the truth.

Hundreds of millions of dollars are spent selling neuro-toxic food additives to the public. In the United States and through each nation within its global corporate grasp, maintaining a healthy mind and body is an act of civil disobediance.

Ultimately, healing has become the path of resistance for informed individuals improving their health. We interview a host of MD's and Natural Health practioners to gain the clearest possible perspective for a path to recovery. Perhaps the sweetest remedy this film offers is the hope provided by witnessing a variety of groups as they withstand the confusion, casualties and obstacles involved with taking control of their food and their health."

5 Criteria for Identifying Toxic Food

If you are unsure if a food is healthy or not just use these criteria:

1. If you can't pronounce the ingredients, don't eat it.

2. If it wasn't here 10,000 years ago, don't eat it.

3. If it has a shelf life of more than 5 days, don't eat it.

4. If it's heavily marketed, don't eat it.

5. If it's man-made, don't eat it.

The mass poisoning of humanity: an exploration of human stupidity

Posted Monday, June 13, 2005 by Mike Adams

As human beings, we're the only species stupid enough to actually poison ourselves. As part of modern living, we create a wide variety of chemical toxins that go into the ecosystem through rivers and streams, the air, the soil and so on. Not only that, we actually synthesize toxic chemicals and then inject them directly into the food supply -- knowing full well that they are poisonous and are major contributors to the epidemic rates of chronic disease we are experiencing today.

The Seven Most Dangerous Ingredients in Conventional Foods

King of kings' Bible - Enoch 68:14 Since they (men) were only created, so that, like the angels of heaven, they might remain righteous and pure.
68:15 Then death, which destroys every thing, would not have affected them;
68:16 But by this, THEIR KNOWLEDGE (science - 1 Tim. 5:20), THEY PERISH, and by this also its power consumes them. jah/kofkad.htm

Grocery Warning: The Seven Most Dangerous Ingredients in Conventional Foods

NewsTarget Insider Alert
By Mike Adams /Truth Publishing LLC, June 7, 2006

1) Sodium nitrite -- causes cancer, found in most processed meats like hot dogs, bacon, sausage. Used to make meats appear red (a color fixer chemical).

2) Hydrogenated oils -- causes heart disease, nutritional deficiencies, general deterioration of cellular health, and much more. Found in cookies, crackers, margarine and many "manufactured" foods. Used to make oils stay in the food, extending shelf life. Sometimes also called "plastic fat."

3) Excitotoxins -- aspartame, monosodium glutamate and others (see below). These neurotoxic chemical additives directly harm nerve cells, over- exciting them to the point of cell death, according to Dr. Russell Blaylock. They're found in diet soda, canned soup, salad dressing, breakfast sausage and even many manufactured vegetarian foods. They're used to add flavor to over-processed, boring foods that have had the life cooked out of them.

Bogus Aspartame Study Exposed by Experts

Claims that aspartame safety proved by dietary survey reveal sweet poison front groups. Experts Speak

Desperate to reverse growing public awareness and scientific proof that the artificial sweetener aspartame is a deadly neurotoxin, the Calorie Control Council (CCC) issued a press release stating that a federal food survey proves that aspartame is safe. The move is seen by many to be a face-saving gesture by the CCC, a self-described weigh-loss advocacy group, that has been advising a calorie-conscious public to use this non-caloric, excitoneurotoxic, carcinogenic drug since the 80s. They are a Public Relations organization, well known as an aspartame front group.

The Idaho Observer

From Dr. Betty Martini, D. Hum.

The Associated Press just said a "study" by NCI, NIH and AARP gives aspartame a clean bill of health. You like fairy tales? This is from the bowels of Ally Oop, Mickey Mouse & Mother Goose. The aspartame biz is in the toilet. Europe's biggest belcher, Holland Sweetener, announced they're bailing out of this "persistently unprofitable business".

Sweet Misery

The "Sweet Misery" movie/investigation includes interviews with doctors, lawyers, people who have had health probems which they associate with aspartame usage, advocates, and many others.

"Aspartame is inherently, markedly and uniquely unstable in aqueous media"

is a quote from the congressional record in 1985, and yet it was approved for use in soft drinks and other beverages.

So what happened?

Is there credible evidence if you look beyond the smokescreen of corporate medicine? The primary research and interviews have been quite disturbing.

Top 20 Food Additives to Avoid

Chemicals are purposely added to food to change its color, preserve it, prevent rancidity, keep fats emulsified, and foods stable. Most of the chemicals are synthetic compounds, some with known negative health effects. But more importantly, we don't really know what the long-term consequences of consuming such large amounts of additives are. It is therefore best to avoid all additives, with a few

'Diet' Soft Drinks - Suicide On An Installment Plan

Coke! For the first 11 years of being together and 9 years of marriage my wife, Maribeth, was addicted to Diet Coke. We'd haul at least 2 cases of Diet Coke from the grocery store every week.

Maribeth had been drinking Diet Coke like water since the drink was first offered im the mid-1980's to the public. Not being much of a pop drinker myself, I fell for at least 1 or 2 cans here and there during the course of the week. After all, it was sitting there taking up an entire shelf in our refrigerator for years.

Chlorine In Your Tap Water and In Your Diet Cola

Would you drink a cup of pesticides? What about a cup of chemical water? All
your aquarium fish will die within a matter of minutes if you add tap water
to your fish tank without also including a de-chlorinator to remove the
chlorine. Doesn't that tell you something about the danger of drinking

The manufacturers of sucralose say the chlorine in their sweetener will pass
harmlessly out of your body too. What if it doesn't? How do you know your
body won't digest it? Everyone reacts differently to individual chemicals.

Chlorine is a dangerous carcinogen, according to research on tap water.
Chlorine in tap water results in cancer and many other diseases, according
to researchers worldwide. So, if chlorine in tap water is a suspected
carcinogen, is it safe to drink in diet colas?
